What industries does it work for?
Most businesses that quote, schedule and bill jobs with labour and materials.
How is it different from other apps?
It is built around how your jobs actually run: quote to booking, time and materials, then the proforma. Field staff get a simple screen without prices, the office sees estimate against actual on every job, and it is adapted to your business rather than you adapting to it.
Does it replace Xero, MYOB or Business Central?
No. It runs the jobs, time, materials and proformas. The tax invoice and the accounts stay in Xero, MYOB or Business Central.
Does it create invoices in Xero or MYOB?
It produces a proforma listing what the customer is charged for. You then raise the tax invoice in Xero or MYOB from the exported file; there is no automatic two-way sync.
Can a job be set up from an accepted quote?
Yes. The app reads a Word quote and the email thread and fills in the customer, dates, rooms and package for you to check before saving.
Can we see profit while the job is running?
Yes. Each job shows estimate against actual for every room: revenue, labour, products, profit, margin, and hours worked against estimated.
Can field staff see our prices?
No. Field staff see their jobs, log time and issue or return stock without seeing prices. Admins see quotes, budgets and billing.
How secure is sign-in?
Everyone signs in with their own name and PIN, so every job update, timesheet and stock movement is recorded against the person who did it. PINs are 6 to 8 digits (8 for Admins), and easy PINs such as dates, runs like 123456 or repeated patterns are refused. Five wrong PINs lock that name for 15 minutes, and sign-in expires after 6 hours.
